Organisations face challenges, conflict and changes all the time. In order to help organisations and the individuals to manage the challenges we offer Coaching sessions. This can be Team coaching as well as Individual coaching sessions. Obstacles can be removed and believe patterns can be changed in order to create more succesful leaders and managers and teams.

Individual coaching

Do problems get too complex to make instant decisions? Individual coaching aims to develop your leadership and management competencies. It offers structured reflection on your experiences to become conscious and effective in for example: decision making, setting priorities, meeting targets, creating focus, acting assertive. We use cognitive behaviour techniques, solutions focus therapy, NLP and motivational interviewing.

Group coaching

When your team needs to re-focus, think strategically, or regain energy during or after a high impact change in the organisational environment, group coaching helps you to develop a new sense of purpose and team spirit. As a group you can create meaningful change, where new learning is embedded and results are measurable and met.

Group coaching for teams; we can facilitate periodic 2 or 3 hourly sessions which focus on for example:

  • Strengths and weaknesess within your team,
  • Identification of different roles in your team and how to use them optimally,
  • Effective Communication
  • Change Management: dealing with change and increase the coping strategies.
  • Conflict Management: how to resolve conflicts within team
  • Highlighting work agreements and procedures.

Individuals can benefit from coaching, by for example:

  • Having a  clear overview of your personal goals
  • Prioritized professional goals
  • Better awarness of your strenghts and weaknesses
  • Clear and well structured strategy to meet your goals
  • Increase self-esteem
