It offers structured reflection on your experiences to become conscious and effective in for example: decision making, setting priorities, meeting targets, creating focus, acting assertive. We use cognitive behaviour techniques, solutions focus therapy, NLP and motivational interviewing.
When your team needs to re-focus, think strategically, or regain energy during or after a high impact change in the organisational environment, group coaching helps you to develop a new sense of purpose and team spirit. As a group you can create meaningful change, where new learning is embedded and results are measurable and met.
