Ingrid's primary work focus for the last eight years has been in organisational development, in particular in the health financing sector in Uganda. She has worked in several starting organisations with a range between small with 3 employees to medium size with 70 employees where she gained hands-on experience in setting up systems and procedures, developing tools for strengthening organisations, HR management and operations management. She is also knowledgeable about the Health System of Uganda with its challenges and has gained extensive experience on policy, company and community levels.
