Brussels Airlines, wanted an assertiveness training for several staff members. It was an interesting training of three afternoons with several dimensions: building confidence, clarifying expectations and communication skills. Some of the participants' reactions during the training:“Giving each other positive comments is really increasing someone's motivation at work”. “We understand the importance of asking questions and two way communication helps a lot to succeed together. When the group was allowed to give contributions, we really achieved what we wanted” “It was very interesting to make a list together about what we think that our leader expects from us, like for example being proud at ourselves and the company and showing this. “ “Giving each other positive comments is really increasing someone's motivation at work”. |
