VSO does is to provide international volunteers from developed
and developing countries. These are skilled

ICT4D Expertise Team, an advisory, support and consulting arm of
I-Network, has a core team of
16 individuals with wide-ranging competencies in the ICT for
development sector. The
expertise team, or E-Team, is mandated to advise, support and assist
the current 16 projects supported by IICD in Uganda. The Teambuilding training for the E-team was mainly focused at creating more cohesion among the team members and to get
to know each other better on a more personal level.
